Dr. Rance Wilbourn
Dr. Rance Wilbourn is a Board Certified Neurologist. Lifestyle Neurology is owned and managed by Rance and Hope Wilbourn. We are located in Germantown, Tennessee at 2215 West Street. We are open for all General Neurology referrals and appointments. You do not have to have a referral to make an appointment UNLESS your insurance states that you do. Services we provide include Neurological evaluations for migraine, spinal pain, ADD, stroke, TIA, syncope, vertigo, seizure, Parkinsons, tremor, memory loss among more. Dr. Wilbourn performs procedures including botox, trigger injections, as well as occipital nerve blocks.

Meet The Team
Dr. Rance Wilbourn
Dr. Wilbourn graduated with an electrical engineering degree from Mississippi State University. He went on to work for the Department of Physiology at UAB prior to acceptance to medical school at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. Upon graduation, he received a residency appointment at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He completed Neurology board certification in 2011. Currently, he has affiliations at both Methodist and Baptist Hospital Systems.
Rance has received training and certifications in the use of Botox therapy for medicinal and aesthetic uses. He also has certifications in weight loss management.
NP Michele Hafner
Jacqueline “Michele” Hafner, MSN, ACNP-C, CCRN, CSC, CNOR, RNFA is board certified in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care and works closely with Dr. Rance Wilbourn at Lifestyle Neurology. She has earned an Associate’s, Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Nursing
In addition to her academic achievements, Michele has extensive clinical experience. She began her nursing career at Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, Virginia in 2006. She has worked as an RN with Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare for more than thirteen years in ICU, Cardiac Surgery, and Stepdown.
Hope Wilbourn
Hope has a bachelors degree of Psychology from Blue Mountain College where she graduated summa cum laude. She has an extensive background in sales and management. Hope manages Lifestyle Neurology and play’s an active role in the practice and future development.
Hope has completed training in aesthetics and will assist with all skincare products. Hope is a member of the MGMA, the Greater Memphis Chamber of Commerce and the Germantown Chamber of Commerce. Hope enjoys Memphis and is happy to make it her home.
