Dr. Rance Wilbourn is a Board Certified Neurologist. Lifestyle Neurology is owned and managed by Rance and Hope Wilbourn. We are located at 2215 West Street, Germantown TN 38138. We are now open for all General Neurology referrals and appointments. You do not have to have a referral to make an appointment UNLESS your insurance states that you do. Call today!
Some services that will be provided are: Neurological evaluations for migraine, spinal pain, ADD, stroke, TIA, syncope, vertigo, seizure, parkinsons, tremor, memory loss among others. Dr Wilbourn will perform procedures such as botox, trigger injections, as well as occipital nerve blocks.

Meet The Team
Dr. Rance Wilbourn
Dr. Wilbourn graduated with an electrical engineering degree from Mississippi State University. He went on to work for the Department of Physiology at UAB prior to acceptance to medical school at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. Upon graduation, he received a residency appointment at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He completed Neurology board certification in 2011. Currently, he has affiliations at both Methodist and Baptist Hospital Systems.
Rance has received training and certifications in the use of Botox therapy for medicinal and aesthetic uses. He also has certifications in weight loss management.
Hope has a bachelors of Psychology from Blue Mountain College where she graduated summa cum laude. She is currently working on her masters in Mental
Health Counseling. Hope will manage Lifestyle Neurology and play an active role in the practice and future development. Hope has completed training in aesthetics and weight loss management as well and will help with all consultations. Hope is a member of the MGMA, the Greater Memphis Chamber of Commerce and the Germantown Chamber of Commerce. Hope enjoys Memphis and is happy to make it her home.
